The Boulevard is a classic Chicago music festival event located at 3100 W. Logan Boulevard in the Logan Square neighborhood on Saturday (12:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.) and Sunday (12:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.).  Not only can you catch an eclectic batch of some of Chicago's greatest bands, but local vendors will be on hand serving up about every kind of cuisine you could want along with craft beers.  There's even an Official After Party (Saturday, 10:00 p.m.) at the Concord Music Hall (2047 N.
