It has been quite a week here in Chicago with the Blackhawks' win Monday night of the coveted "Stanley Cup" for the second time in three years!  And there's no better Chicago-way to kick-off our weekend than with a parade and rally celebrating with our beloved Chicago Blackhawks!!

But here's what's going on Saturday and Sunday to help us continue on in our celebratory mood.  Who knows where the Stanley Cup will appear next!

One of Chicago's oldest public buildings and a treasured historic landmark, Old St. Pat's Church, will be hosting the 29th annual Old St. Pat's World's Largest Block Party at 700 W. Adams Street in the West Loop neighborhood today and Saturday (5:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.).  Billed as the most popular Chicago festival of all summer, this street fest features two stages of live music, raffles with some great prizes, celebrity bartenders, food and drink vendors which includes four FREE drinks with each block party admission and much more!

One of Chicago's premier shopping/nightlife districts will be hosting again this year Summer on Southport located at 3700 N. Southport Avenue (Southport and Waveland Avenues) in the Lakeview neighborhood on Saturday (11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.) and Sunday (11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.).  This street fest features live entertainment, great food, artisans and interactive activities for all.  In fact, this fest gears activities and events towards children during the day and at night, the adults get their chance to "play!"  By the way, there's a gospel brunch on Sunday as well!!

The 5th annual Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival takes place today as well as Saturday and Sunday (5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.) on Milwaukee Avenue between Diversey Avenue and Kedzie Boulevard in the Logan Square neighborhood.  Not only does this art festival feature over 50 visual artists but also offers live music on two stages, diverse food offerings from local renowned restaurants, pop up cocktail bars, a family activities tent and much more!

A fest that really is a reflection of the area it takes place in, the Lincoln Park Arts and Music Festival is located at 2200 N. Racine Avenue (on Racine Avenue between Fullerton and Webster Avenues) in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on Saturday and Sunday (12:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.).  This 5th annual fest features more than 80 artists, a juried art competition, food and drink for purchase and live music!  There's also $5 parking available at the DePaul University garage (2300 N. Clifton Avenue) just a block away!!

The 44th annual capstone to Pride Month, the Chicago Pride Parade, takes place Sunday (12:00 p.m.) at 4400 N. Broadway Avenue (Broadway and Montrose Avenues) in the Uptown neighborhood.  As usual, this parade features 200 entries including floats, decorated vehicles, two marching bands, performance groups and walking contingents!

Finally, this weekend's 2013 Chicago Movies in the Parks series features the following movies at dusk, weather permitting, and free admission!

"Sparkle (2012)" - Anderson Playground Park (3748 S. Prairie Ave.) - Douglas
"Madagascar 3:  Europe's Most Wanted" - Jonquil Playlot Park (1001 W. Wrightwood Ave.) - Lincoln Park
"The Iron Giant" - Rutherford Sayre Park (6871 W. Belden Ave.) - Montclare

"Talladega Nights:  The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" - Ellen Gates Starr Park (2306 W. Maypole Ave.) - West Town
"Little Zizou" - John P. Wilson Park (1122 W. 34th Pl.) - Bridgeport
