Now
that the frenzy of the Holidays are behind us,
"Chicago rings in another New Year" this weekend with some great
celebrations around town to close the chapter on 2011 and welcome in 2012!
The
Hyatt Regency Chicago
(151 E. Wacker Drive)
in the Loop, along with RedEye, will be
hosting this year's NYE Ballroom
Blitz on Saturday from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. This celebration features a premium open bar
and buffet stations (8:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.) with entertainment from 7th
Heaven and DJ Sye Young after that.
Party favors, prizes and more are also included!
The
Wyndham Chicago (633 N. St. Clair Street)
in the Gold Coast neighborhood will be hosting this year's New Year's Eve Soiree 2012
on Saturday from 8:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
This celebration features top-shelf open bars in multiple rooms, along
with appetizers, live music, champagne, party favors and admission to an after
midnight party!
The
Navy Pier (600 E. Grand Avenue) in the Streeterville
neighborhood will be hosting this year's New Year's Eve at the Crystal Gardens
on Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
This celebration features a premium open-bar, appetizers, DJs and a
midnight champagne toast. Also included
is a view of the Navy Pier fireworks from a private terrace!
The Red Canary (695 N. Milwaukee Avenue) in the River
West neighborhood will be hosting the Bootleggers Ball: Vegas Edition on
Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
This celebration features a premium open bar, appetizers, a DJ, party
favors and a midnight champagne toast.
Also available from 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. is a $30 four-course dinner
prepared by Chef Tolentino for party guests.
To pass the time while waiting for midnight, play blackjack, craps and
roulette for a chance to win a 42-inch flat screen TV and other prizes!
The
Carnivale (702 W. Fulton Market) in the Warehouse District
neighborhood will be hosting its New Year's Eve at Carnivale
on Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
This celebration features live entertainment from burlesque performers,
a stilt walker and a magician. Also
included is a DJ, a midnight balloon drop with a champagne toast!
The
River East Art Center (435 E. Illinois Street) in
the Streeterville neighborhood is the venue for this year's Cirque de' Exquisite
hosted by WGCI-FM 107.5 on Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This celebration features a premium open bar,
appetizers, DJs and a midnight champagne toast.
Also includes Miami-style cabanas, acrobats and more!
The Cornservatory (4210 N. Lincoln Avenue) in the North Center
neighborhood is the venue for this year's New Year's Eve Cornstravaganza
hosted by Corn Productions on Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. (RSVP
required). This celebration features a
homemade buffet dinner made by the cast along with cocktails, beer and wine
from an open bar. Also included are two
comedy sets which feature improv games and sketch comedy. After the show, stick around to ring in the
new year with a champagne toast and dance the night away!

Convention Center - Rosemont Ballroom (5555 N. River Road) in Rosemont will be
hosting this year's Chicago
New Year's Eve Ball with Lil Jon on Saturday from 9:00
p.m. to 3:00 a.m. This celebration
features three rooms of DJ entertainment hosted by Lil Jon. A VIP ticket includes a four-hour open bar
and other perks!
The
Intercontinental Chicago O'Hare (5300 N. River Road) in Rosemont will be
hosting this year's New
Year's Eve Rock ‘N' Roll Ball on Saturday from 8:00 p.m.
to 2:00 a.m. Be a part of ABC7 TV's live
broadcast of "Countdown Chicago" at this year's 15th annual bash,
which includes 3 live music stages in 3 gorgeous rooms, along with a midnight
