All the hustle, bustle and juggling of hectic schedules over the last four weeks culminates this weekend as "Christmas Arrives in Chicago!"

As many of us will begin celebrating Friday evening (Christmas Eve) with family and friends, there are still those who will be on the hunt for something to do, and the arrival of Christmas is no exception for them!

To that end, here are a few suggestions -

Join Santa this Friday, before he leaves for the North Pole, as he leads the way with singing carols between screenings of two Christmas classics "It's A Wonderful Life" (12:30 p.m.) and "White Christmas" (3:40 p.m.) at the Music Box Theatre located at 3733 N. Southport Avenue in the Lakeview neighborhood at their 27th annual Christmas show the Christmas Sing-Along and Double Feature.

Drink specials abound this weekend at Faith & Whiskey located at 1365 W. Fullerton Avenue in the Lincoln Park neighborhood at their Three Nights of Christmas.  Christmas day brings their 2nd annual "Crappy Christmas Gift Exchange Party" at 1:00 a.m., while Sunday brings screenings of the Chicago Bears vs. New York Jets game at Noon with the Chicago Blackhawks vs. Columbus Blue Jackets at 6:00 p.m.

An annual favorite for cycling enthusiasts here in Chicago is their social and leisurely paced 10-mile ride on Saturday (Christmas Day) at 10:00 a.m. known as the Christmas Day Bagel Ride.  Enthusiasts gather at the Robert Crown Community Center located at 1701 Main Street in Evanston - weather permitting of course, so call the Chicago Cycling Club Ride Line for updates - and cycle towards their destination at The Bagel (50 Old Orchard Shopping Center, Skokie) for a brunch!

Saturday evening from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. head on over to Morseland located at 1218 W. Morse Avenue in the Rogers Park neighborhood for Dave's Christmas Day Regifting Jam, which includes free food and drink specials along with a gift swap, board games and Wii bowling!

FREE Movie Night at Delilah's located at 2771 N. Lincoln Avenue in the Sheffield/DePaul neighborhoods.  Screenings take a different theme each night of the week with the "Inquisition" on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. and "Christmas Evil" on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
