Wrapping up this weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, is the 13th annual Chicago Improv Festival 2010 at various locations throughout the Chicago land area. More than 70 performers from Chicago and around the world partake in this improv event where there are no costumes, props or scripts. Just word suggestions shouted from the audience! Okay, so not every improv ensemble asks for an audience suggestion - chickens - but there's still no script!!

Donny's Skybox Studio Theatre, 1608 N. Wells St., Lincoln Park neighborhood

I've just realized that all these activities have a commonality - "muscles"! You can stretch your "running" muscles, your "cleaning" muscles, or your "laugh" muscles.
So, which muscle(s) will you be stretching this weekend?
