THIS WEEKEND IN CHICAGO - THINGS ARE HOPPENING!
It's a great time to be in Chicago since many things are "hoppening" around here, and this Holiday weekend is no exception!
Here's a few pre-Easter family events taking place on Saturday -
Natural Egg Dyeing at Elgin Public Museum (225 Grand Blvd., Elgin). A variety of natural dyes are used for coloring eggs, such as blueberries, beets, Turmeric (a spice) and much more. And, while the eggs are drying take that time to explore the museum. Cost is $2 per participant and no registration is required. Click here for more information.
Eggstravaganza Spring Egg Hunt (2100 W. Belle Plaine Ave.) in the North Center neighborhood. The day starts off in Town Square at 4100 N. Damen Ave. where the kids will pick up a map of participating businesses that will be handing out candy and prize filled eggs.
