TECHNOLOGY TIPS - JING-LE ALL THE WAY!

No it’s not Santa but it sure sounded like Rudolph dropped in for a visit. PSSSST – don’t miss the exciting news below about Google.
One of the things that I find I want to do when I get images or have to share information is crop out what’s not necessary and send the information that I think is important. Sometimes I need to send instructions that overlay an image and don’t have the extremely high-end software to accomplish that.
Well, enter Jing. This nifty little software lets you do all that and more. You can also create short videos (up to 5 minutes) with sound if you have microphone capability on your computer system. Bear in mind that the average YouTube video is not longer than 3 minutes.
What I like about this software is that it sits unobtrusively on your desktop and can be accessed from any program you’re in. The other little nifty pieces of this software is that you can add text when you want to point something out and even use an arrow from their drawing frame. Once it’s complete you save the file to your computer and can use it whenever you need it.
One of my favorite things about this software is that you can take it for a spin and see if it’s really for you. Let me know if you think Santa came early this year like I did.
