TECHNOLOGY TIPS - SO DO YOU TWEET?
There is a great, free online resource that allows you to get information online about what's happening with family and friends called Twitter.
The simplicity of this program is that in 140 characters or less, you
answer the question: What are you doing? For friends and family, this
is a great way to keep in touch. For parents in particular, you can
follow your kids and be aware of what they're doing.
The latest use with Twitter is that now businesses are
jumping onto this bandwagon. So what does this really mean for those
of you in the market to buy or sell a home?
Imagine your agent, like Dean, being so tuned in that he is able help you when you are looking for a Realtor on Twitter. It's not only about the ability to market your property, but also have real-time access to him and his team. Dean would also be able to assist you with challenging questions by utilizing Twitter as an instant hotline, for example if you had a special mortgage question.
