TECHNOLOGY TIPS - CHECKPOINT FRIENDLY LAPTOP CASE ANNOUNCED
Well, it seems as though your wish is the TSA's command.
Mobile Edge released a statement last Friday, July 18, about a new bag that is checkpoint friendly. What this means for the travel warriors and occasional travelers alike is that if you have one of these bags, you will not need to take your laptop out of the bag.
In an effort to make the lines go faster at the airport, the TSA (Transport Security Administration) issued a request to laptop bag manufacturers. The new cases should help alleviate wait times and speed travelers through the screening process.
The three new designs called the ScanFast Collection consist of a briefcase, a backpack and a messenger bag. These bags open conveniently for airport screeners. The cases all accommodate popular laptop models and will be covered by the Mobile Edge Lifetime Warranty. The collection is scheduled to launch late summer.
