Of course I absolutely love finding new and free things on the web so this week we're going to talk about doing a "drop."
Just recently I was told about this new site where you can literally drop any information (like pictures, video, audio, docs, etc.) you want which is discrete and password protected. So have you ever wanted to share information on-line without having to sign up for an account?
Here's how it works. Go to the website. You do not need to login, create an account or even a password if you don't want to. You are able to make the information password protected, but it's not required. The main bonus is that the drops are not searchable and not networked, so it's a completely private exchange.
Each drop can be input via the web, email, voice or fax. If you need to create anything on the fly, you can do so just by sending an email to new@drop.io and they'll take it from there.
