OUR FAVORITE RECIPES - GRANDMA'S BANANA BREAD

GRANDMA'S BANANA BREAD 

Recipe Summary

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Yeld: 12 serves

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

3 bananas mashed

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup nut meats

Preparation:

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and mix for 1/2 a minute; add flour and baking soda and bloend for 1 minute.  add nuts and bananas and blend for 1/2 a minute.

Grease 2 small loaf pans.  Pour batter into pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand about 20 minutes before serving. Cut in slices to serve.
