HERE'S A TASTY RECIPE FROM IWONA - GREAT FOR BURGER LOVERS WITH A SPECIAL TWIST!
GRILLED MOROCCAN SPICED TURKEY BURGERS WITH MANGO CHUTNEY SLAW

Ingredients:
3 1/2-4 lbs. ground turkey ***
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp sweet or smoked paprika
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp curry powder
1 small onion, grated
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaves or flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 lemon, zested and juiced
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
1/2 cup mango chutney
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 (16 oz) sack shredded cabbage mix
8 pita breads
Preparation:
Preheat an outdoor or indoor grill to medium high.
Combine turkey, cumin, turmeric, paprika, coriander, cayenne, curry powder, onion, garlic, cilantro (or parsley), lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl and form into 8 large patties about 1-inch thick.
Drizzle the patties with oil and cook for 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
While the burgers are grilling, chop up the mango chutney, breaking up any large chunks.
Transfer chutney to a bowl and mix with the lemon juice and yogurt. Add the slaw mix, a little salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Remove the turkey burgers from the grill, add the pitas to the grill and heat on each side to warm them up.
Open up the pocket in each pita, nestle a turkey burger in each pocket along with some of the mango chutney slaw.
