MARC MILBAUER - OUR NEWEST DEAN'S TEAM MEMBER!
MARC MILBAUER? WHO IS HE?
We on the Team are very excited to announce the addition of Marc Milbauer to our little group. Marc will be handling both buyers and those selling and marketing their homes and condos, especially on the North Side of Chicago. He lives in the Lincoln Square Neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from Keller Williams Fox Realty, and the Dean's Team World Headquarters, down in the basement.
Marc brings considerable real estate sales and marketing experience to Dean's Team. He has been with the Lincoln Square office of Keller Williams since 2006. Before joining our office and our Team, he had considerable sales and marketing experience, both in real estate and in the food service industries.
Marc is originally from tiny Dwight in central Illinois. He grew up in a contractor family and spent many a weekend afternoon picking up rocks and chipping dried drywall compound off the walls in his father's sub-division. It wasn't until he became a real estate consultant that he realized how much he had learned about proper construction and how to find the cut-corners some contractors leave behind!
Marc is a "foodie"! Looking at properties with him will also be a tour of neighborhood restaurants and bars as well as all the hidden live theater venues his friends have performed in over the years. He is currently offering a bounty on bars in Chicago serving Red Stripe Beer on tap! Marc is also an avid baseball fan and operates an outpatient program for recovering Cubs fans (a guy like me can surely use his services here!). Be sure to ask Marc which ballpark he'll be visiting next!
Marc is especially excited to work with first time home and condo buyers. He takes pride in being the guy to hand you the keys to your first home! His focus is finding you not only a home, but, as importantly, giving you an opportunity to get started climbing the property ladder!
